SABO lifting shoes are built on Russian whole sizes (size 34 - 47). The table below shows the conversion of Russian to US men's and women's sizes. Since every foot is three-dimensional and varies across many different areas (such as width, instep etc), conversion tables can only approximate your true shoe size.

Have not used yet, but they look nice.
Fit well, super comfortable and sturdy!
Both shoes purchased exceeded my expectations
I love theses shoes so much. I've been lifting for 7 years and just invested in good squat shoes. 300 has never moved faster in my life. They take a little bit to get used to but one you adjust you stance they work wonders. They are great if you do not have a flexible Achilles tendon. They bedazzle great btw
The shoes are now a piece of art! Thank you for the photo Brooks. Best of luck with your training.
