Size Note: It is crucial to select a size based on the precise foot length.
Unlike sneakers or other sports shoes, where people often opt for a slightly larger half size, doing so with the STK-2 shoes may cause excess room around the heel and misalignment at the MP joint and toe break place. This would prevent the shoes from performing to their full potential. We recommend getting your foot measure with a Brannock device (found in most shoe stores). Please wear the socks you would usually wear when training when measuring. Please see the size guide, above, for more information.
Until now, squats were performed in repurposed weightlifting shoes. The STK-1/STK-2 overturns this convention as the first footwear engineered solely for squats, offering greater specialization and biomechanical precision than adapted designs.

Additional Sizing Information
The STK-1 uses the same last, so if you already own a pair of STK-1 shoes, we recommend purchasing the same size.
Important Notes and Disclaimer
If you have previously used lifting shoes with a heel-to-toe drop of 15 mm or more, please allow an adjustment period to become accustomed to the lower heel height of this product.
Do not overtighten the front strap. The shoe is designed to allow sufficient freedom of movement for the toes. Excessive tightening may restrict toe movement and prevent the shoe from performing as intended.
This product is designed exclusively for squatting. It is not intended for other types of training, cardiovascular exercise, or outdoor use.
