Size Note: It is crucial to select a size based on the precise foot length.
Unlike sneakers or other sports shoes, where people often opt for a slightly larger half size, doing so with the STKI-1 shoes may cause excess room around the heel and misalignment at the MP joint and toe break place. This would prevent the shoes from performing to their full potential. We recommend getting your foot measure with a Brannock device (found in most shoe stores). Please wear the socks you would usually wear when training when measuring. Please see the size guide, above, for more information.
Until now, squats were performed in repurposed weightlifting shoes. The STK-1 overturns this convention as the first footwear engineered solely for squats, offering greater specialization and biomechanical precision than adapted designs.
