I received the wrong order that came with a completely different type of shoes than what I ordered.

I recently placed an order that included a few pairs of Sabo HyperV shoes, but unfortunately, we made a mistake with some of the sizes. We needed to exchange them, but since we live in Italy and had already paid over 120€ in import taxes, we were really worried about having to pay customs fees all over again. I reached out to their customer service, and Joseph was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. He guided us through the exchange process and even covered the shipping costs to send the new shoes back to Italy. Moreover, Joseph was very accommodating with our specific requests regarding the customs declaration to ensure we wouldn't be charged double taxes. When the new sizes we needed were temporarily out of stock, he kept us promptly updated and even offered a full refund if we didn't want to wait for the restock.
