How to Choose Your Size
The Goodlift Minimal is designed for deadlifts and strength training, offering a close, performance-focused fit. It generally runs true to size based on standard sizing charts.

Standard Fit: For example if your foot length is between 26.3–26.9 cm, we recommend EU 42 / US 9.

Pro Tip: This model is intentionally snug to maximize control and connection to the ground, so expect a tighter feel compared to everyday footwear.
Width & Anatomy
The Minimal is best suited for slim to regular-width feet due to its narrow, performance-oriented design.
