We get it. The product isn't exactly what you were looking for. You are suffering from buyer's remorse. The shoes don't fit. Whatever the case, returning or exchanging with MAXbarbell is easy peasy. You won't be waiting around for weeks for us to process the return. We usually turn around an exchange or process refunds within 2-3 days of receiving the item/s.
You may return any merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund excluding any shipping charges you paid. There is NO restocking fee. However, any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.
To return or exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with your original order number (that can be found on your order confirmation email) and whether you need an exchange or a return. We will reply with a return mailing address. Mail the items to the address given.
Note: Please insert a note in the package with your :
- order number (this will be on the order confirmation email or we can provide it to you).
- "new size/color/variation" required or the word "Refund" on the note/packing slip.
You can use the packing slip instead, if you still have it. You will still need to write the "new size" or the word "Refund".
It is also extremely helpful to us if you include the reason for returning the merchandise. You can write "Changed mind", if that is the case.
If you get a tracking number, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can only accept a maximum of 3 return/refund transactions per customer in a 12 month period. This limit does not apply to exchanges.
Any package that has not been received by MAXbarbell.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY FOR SHOESBuying shoes online without trying them on first can be risky and we understand that. That’s why our exchange/returns policy attempts to eliminate as much of the hassle as possible. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your shoes simply email us at email@example.com with your original order number (listed on the packing slip that came with your shoes or your purchase confirmation email) and whether you need an exchange or a return. We will reply with a return mailing address. Mail the shoes to the address.
For exchanges, please send along a note which specifies the replacement size. We will send you a new pair of shoes within 48 hours of receiving the returned pair. You will NOT be charged any additional shipping charges. However, any shipping costs that you incur to return the original shoes to us will not be reimbursed.
For returns, we will process a refund for 100% of your purchase price within 48 hours of receiving the returned shoes. We will also refund any shipping charges (this does apply to international/non-USA customers). You will NOT be charged a restocking fee. However, any shipping costs that you incur to return the shoes to us will not be reimbursed.
For both exchanges and returns, please ensure that the shoes are in their original condition and have not been worn, except to try on. When trying on, please ensure that you are on a carpeted surface and are wearing clean socks to avoid spoiling the sole and inner of the shoe.
