Size Guide
SABO lifting shoes are built on Russian whole sizes (size 34 - 47). The table below shows the conversion of Russian to US men's and women's sizes. Since every foot is three-dimensional and varies across many different areas (such as width, instep etc), conversion tables can only approximate your true shoe size.

Extremely comfortable. Feet were very stable. After a leg day workout/squats, I did not feel any joint pain from these shoes
Really awesome fit great!!
These shoes are very comfortable. I have relatively wide feet, and Nike metcon crammed my feet. These feet like gloves, but at the same time provide nice stability. Very light. Great value.
great value
I bought these to perform my olympic lifts on those particular training days. I was skeptical at first only because my previous shoe was the Nike Romeleos 3. I like the way the Sabo shoe is engineered. This shoe is without a doubt lighter than the Romoleos so that took a little adjustment. These are also more comfortable on my feet as well. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone who wants a lighter shoe but at the same time a sturdy one.
So glad you like the SABOs Ronald. Best of luck with your training!
