    SABO lifting shoes are built on Russian whole sizes (size 34 - 47). The table below shows the conversion of Russian to US men's and women's sizes. Since every foot is three-dimensional and varies across many different areas (such as width, instep etc), conversion tables can only approximate your true shoe size.

Great shoe

I am a master (55 age bracket) lifter who competes at the international level in both Olympic and Powerlifting; I have been using these for about a year and love them. Excellent glove like fit. I use them for all my lifting. I have been thinking about getting deadlift slippers or shoes with a thinner sole; but have been these sabos for everything. They are a competitive price- and when they are on sale- a GREAT value.
