To wear the sleeves at the proper position, the second cross point should be fixed at the center of your knee.

How to put on tight knee sleeves

Use deadlift socks (high socks) to slide the knee sleeves on.

These sleeves are great!

First off. I'd just want to say the folks here at MAXbarbell really provide excellent communication and customer service. This is strictly an honest review. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop here. They make things right!

Now on to the sleeves. I had to exchange it and size down from a medium to a small. I actually measured a medium in all brands but I feel I could size down for a tighter/comp fit. Which I did and recently went with smalls in all brands. For reference my knee joint about 34.29 cm is slightly smaller than my calf measurement. The guys at MAXbarbell took care of the exchange and I got the correct size fast. I hit a PR on squats. Tested these sleeves on 2 heavy leg days. I really love the look. Design and feel. These feel thicker compare to my sbd and stoic. I have numerous brands and like to rotate through them. I only saw one actual video review on YouTube on this brand and took a chance. Buy it! I have no regrets! Thanks Joseph!

Really impressed with these knee sleeves. Was my first time using any sleeves and these really give me confidence at the bottom of the squat. Wish I'd bought them sooner!

Love it!

Squatted with these beautiful looking sleeves today and it feels great! Kept my knees warm and tight. Originally ordered a Large but I must have measured wrong because those bad boys refused to get get pass my calves. I contacted MaxBarbell and asked for an exchange, I mailed it back and within a week I received my new size. They fit great and has the right amount of tightness that I like without going too overboard to the realm of uncomfortable.
